Looking at different aspects of threats from cyber terrorism to Alqaida, Alshabab, Mokoharam, and the biggest of all, the "mercenaries" and the proxy war between the west and Russia/China.
The continent of Africa is still under colonial directions, in half of the African states the leadership, the judiciary, and the executive are all micromanaged by ex-colonial masters.
The west endorse our leaders who promised to be poppets and representatives of western interests. How can Africa compute or develop when the western states, America, and Asia are against African self-sufficiency and total independence from colonial threads.
